William R. Downing

Since joining Dinan in 2005, Mr. Downing has leveraged his deep domain expertise to structure and execute middle-market mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising transactions across sectors such as Technology, Healthcare, Business Services, and Manufacturing.

Mr. Downing leads all aspects of client engagements and has a partnership-oriented approach to advising business owners and entrepreneurs. He recognizes the importance of understanding and strategically positioning the unique attributes of each company, ensuring that every transaction is designed to deliver an optimal outcome for his clients.

Prior to Dinan, Mr. Downing was an Equity Research Analyst at StockVal, a subsidiary of Reuters (now Thomson Reuters Corporation). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of the Pacific in California.
