Tyler Pugh

Mr. Pugh is an Associate in the Deal Origination Group, responsible for actively identifying, originating, and analyzing investment opportunities for private equity groups and corporate acquirers primarily in the industrial manufacturing & distribution, technology and business services industries.

Before joining Dinan & Company, Mr. Pugh served as the lead business development strategist for one of the highest-producing branches at Guaranteed Rate, the third-largest mortgage company in the U.S. In this role, he spearheaded efforts to source, build, and maintain strategic relationships across various levels of the organization. Prior to his time at Guaranteed Rate, Mr. Pugh co-founded a tech startup designed to address connectivity challenges in high-density environments by improving phone service at large-scale events. He led the company’s strategic partnership efforts and played a key role in investor relations.
