Tom O'Sullivan

Tom O'Sullivan is a Sr. Vice President with 10+ years of M&A and Corporate Strategy experience. He is responsible for leading and executing all aspects of the M&A process, including development of client materials, marketing engagements to potential acquirers, and managing due diligence processes for clients.

Prior to joining Dinan Capital Advisors, Mr. O'Sullivan worked for Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN) in their Strategy & Corporate Development group, where he identified and supported growth opportunities for GPN's nine global sports nutrition brands, prepared the annual Global Strategic Plan document, and executed global M&A opportunities.

Previously, Tom worked for Lincoln International, a global sell-side M&A investment bank, where he executed M&A transactions across Building Products, Industrials, Electronics and other industries.

Mr. O'Sullivan received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Notre Dame, graduating magna cum laude.
