Niko Georgiev

Mr. Georgiev is an Associate in the Deal Origination Group, responsible for actively identifying, originating, and analyzing investment opportunities for private equity groups and corporate acquirers across a wide array of sectors including technology, healthcare, construction, consumer/retail, food & beverage, business services and industrial manufacturing.

Prior to joining Dinan in 2024, Mr. Georgiev was an Associate at Charles Schwab where he distilled complex financial data into actionable insights for clients, cultivated and maintained strong client relationships, and educated clients regarding various financial products and market trends.

Mr. Georgiev holds a B.A. in Economics and minor in Finance from The University of Arizona.
