Before joining Dinan Research Services in 2008, Mr. Gulati held several pivotal roles within the shared service centres of leading global executive search and qualitative research firms, including Egon Zehnder International, Heidrick & Struggles, Pipal Research, and Team Lease. In these positions, he was primarily responsible for managing and optimizing their Research and Database functions. With a strong focus on business research and database management, Mr. Gulati demonstrated exceptional ability in organizing, analysing, and maintaining large datasets critical to decision-making processes.
Mr. Gulati's extensive experience includes the end-to-end management of research projects, from initial data gathering to analysis and reporting. He has successfully designed and implemented procedures that align research activities with organizational goals, developed service standards that ensure quality and consistency, and established operational policies that optimize resource utilization and improve performance outcomes. His leadership in database management has also played a key role in building scalable, reliable systems that support long-term business growth.
In addition to his technical expertise, Mr. Gulati holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a specialization in Human Resources from JIMS, New Delhi.
