Mason Krug

Mason Krug is an Analyst, primarily responsible for the management of diligence and the preparation of client materials, marketing materials, valuation analysis, industry research and investment memoranda for both potential and active client engagements. Mr. Krug assists on all aspects of M&A transaction execution.

Prior to joining Dinan Capital Advisors full-time, Mr. Krug began his professional career as an Analyst Intern at Dinan, where he focused on the preparation of marketing materials, financial models, and industry and valuation analysis.

Mr. Krug received his B.A. in Economics from the University of California Los Angeles.
