Jeff D. King

Mr. King is a Senior Associate in the Deal Origination Group, responsible for actively identifying, originating, and analyzing investment opportunities for private equity groups and corporate acquirers in various industries including technology & manufacturing.

Prior to joining Dinan & Company in 2017, Mr. King provided customer solutions for a software developer specializing in the discovery & review phases of litigation, prepared financial and other documentation for a manufacturer, and interned in the tax department of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. King maintains an active CPA license and holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
