Adam Hardy is an Analyst, primarily responsible for the preparation of client materials, marketing materials, valuation analysis, industry research, and investment memoranda for both potential and active client engagements. Mr. Hardy assists on all aspects of M&A transaction execution.
Prior to joining Dinan Capital Advisors, Mr. Hardy worked at Deloitte as an Audit and Assurance Associate, where he performed financial statement analysis under both GAAP and IFRS. His work focused on identifying key financial drivers, conducting substantive analytical procedures, control testing, and tests of details to assess and mitigate risks within complex financial structures.
Mr. Hardy holds a Master's in Accountancy and Data Analytics, as well as a B.S. in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, graduating magna cum laude.
