Brandon Womack is a Senior Associate, primarily responsible for the preparation of marketing materials, valuation analysis, industry research and investment memoranda for both potential and active client engagements. Mr. Womack assists on all aspects of M&A transaction execution.

Prior to joining Dinan Capital Advisors, Mr. Womack was a portfolio management analyst at SunTrust Banks, where he performed credit related analysis on a variety of industries following completion of the bank’s wholesale leadership and development program.

Mr. Womack received his B.B.A in Finance with a minor in Economics from Mississippi State University where he was among a select group of finance majors who actively managed an equity portfolio sponsored by the university and funded by a local corporation.
