Griffin King is a Senior Analyst, primarily responsible for the preparation of client materials, marketing materials, valuation analysis, industry research and investment memoranda for both potential and active client engagements. Mr. King assists on all aspects of M&A transaction execution.
Prior to joining Dinan Capital Advisors, Mr. King worked at Alliance Credit Union analyzing industry trends and solutions for credit unions, assisting senior loan officers with loan servicing and underwriting, and processing daily transactions/wires. In addition, Mr. King served as a member of Red to Black while attending Texas Tech University, a peer financial coaching program providing financial education and awareness to students and members of the community.
Mr. King received his B.S. in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University.
