Cincinnati, OH - Pro Mach, Inc. announced today that it has acquired KLEENLine Corporation, a leading provider of sanitary production solutions including conveyors, material handling equipment, vision systems, robotics, automation controls, and systems engineering services. KLEENLine, founded in 1986, is based in Newburyport, Massachusetts, where it operates a state-of-the-art design, manufacturing, and testing facility.
KLEENLine designs and manufactures a wide range of food grade, stainless steel product handling equipment for clean environment processing and packaging. KLEENLine is also a leading builder and systems engineering provider for sanitary robotic solutions, vision systems, and turnkey integrated systems for direct touch food product handling and cleanroom packaging. KLEENLine’s history of innovation, engineering excellence, and high quality “Total Project Execution” have resulted in long-standing customer relationships and strong growth in the food, pharmaceutical, electronics, and consumer goods industries.

KLEENLine’s leadership team, including founder Jim Laverdiere, will remain with Pro Mach and operations will continue out of the KLEENLine facility in Newburyport, Massachusetts. Jim Laverdiere joins Pro Mach as Vice President and General Manager for the KLEENLine operation. KLEENLine will join Pro Mach's newly formed Material Handling Business Unit, which includes Shuttleworth, based in Huntington, Indiana.
