Calvert Street Capital Partners (“Calvert Street”) is pleased to announce that they have completed the acquisition of Zebra Environmental & Industrial Services. Calvert Street has partnered with Bill Hunter, who will join the team as President and CEO.
Founded by spouses David and Amy Tedder in 2005, Zebra is recognized as a leading regional provider of diversified environmental, industrial, and emergency response solutions for a broad array of businesses across the southeastern United States.
“We are excited to partner with Amy, David, and the rest of the Zebra management team to continue their outstanding track record of providing trusted health, safety, and operational solutions for their customers,” said Hunter. “We intend to support their growth while simultaneously expanding their portfolio of differentiated, multidisciplinary services.”
“Bill and the Calvert Street leadership team share our vision for the next evolution of Zebra,” said Amy Tedder. “From the start it was clear they respected our uncompromising commitment to safety and the expertise we’ve developed and cultivated over the years, which is why David and all of us at Zebra could not be happier with this new partnership.”
“We believe that there is an excellent opportunity to build upon Zebra’s strong track record of growth, while maintaining the company’s outstanding service delivery,” said Calvert Street Principal Matt McLain.
