BNSF Logistics Expands Through Acquisition Of Pro-Am Transportation Services, Inc.

BNSF Logistics, LLC announced today that it has acquired Pro-Am Transportation Services, Inc. (Pro-Am), of Jamestown, North Dakota. Pro-Am is a third-party logistics company (3PL) with approximately $25 million of revenue. Specific terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The newly acquired company will operate within the Transportation Execution Services (TES) unit of BNSF Logistics.
