He is responsible for actively identifying, originating, and analyzing investment opportunities for private equity groups and corporate acquirers, primarily in the industrial manufacturing & distribution, technology, and business services industries. Mr. Dow specializes in deal sourcing for private equity groups, publicly traded companies, and specialty clients, focusing on originating platform and strategic add-on acquisitions.
Prior to joining Dinan & Company in 2014, Mr. Dow was instrumental in startup operations, beta testing, and development of online shopping software for a consigned merchandising firm with both online and retail locations. He collaborated with investors and strategic partners to secure funding for this startup organization.
